I used Wiretree to build my WordPress website and initially had a positive experience. However, when I needed updates and a new section added to the site, the follow-up was extremely disappointing. Gary told me he would check his email and get back to me, but I never received a response. After a month, I called again and was asked to resend the email. He confirmed he received it, yet there was still no reply or progress. At one point, my calls from my mobile didn’t seem to go through, but when I called from my office line, it connected normally. When I raised this, he denied blocking my number and again said he would look into my query and get back to me. I reminded him that we had already spoken twice over two months with no follow-up. Once again, he said he would work on it — and once again, there was no communication or work done. After reading previous reviews, including one from Kirubel Firew, I noticed a very similar experience described there. Unfortunately, that reflects exactly what I went through. Very disappointing experience when trying to move forward with additional paid work.
